Please expect significant delivery delays on Orders with American Flags and American Made Products. American Flags are in High Demand and Short Supply! All Of the US Flag Manufactures factories were closed due to COVID 19 and have only recently reopened. This has caused a shortage on American Made US Flags in the whole flag industry.  Expect Delays.  If you placed an order it will ship as soon as they come off the sewing line.  With many sizes and material options this has created a backlog.  We appreciate your patience.  

 

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Please note Flag Sizes 8x12 and up are MADE TO ORDER.

Due to COVID-19 and limited staff there are delays.  The stated below is are normal policy however since COVID-19 We have had to limit staff interaction and move some employees to home.  Please be patient as we work through these challenging times.

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours after you place your order.  Please keep in mind we are not Amazon and are a family run business.  Which means we have hours of operation and are not open 24 hours 7 days a week. We strive to ship within 48 hours, meaning if you place your order on Monday we have it out by Wednesday. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock or if it is something we normally don't stock i.e. large state, cotton and world flags or if you place your order on Friday after we close, in this case, orders will ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom Flags take up to 14 days to produce.

Interruption of Service: 
Cavalry Flags and USPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by USPS, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment These rates come direct from USPS.


Some cases our shipping calculator may underestimate the actual shipping costs if the package is over sized. In this case we will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. You may cancel your order at this point without penalty.

We ship to all US States and US territories.  Shipping Cost are NON REFUNDABLE

Transit time: 
Shipments are made by USPS from our warehouse in Rochester NY.

Freight Charges: 
Large One Piece Flagpoles - As these flagpoles ship by truck out of different locations based on availability, our calculator is not able to calculate the exact freight charges. Please call us for a firm freight quote.

Stolen Packages:

We do not cover packages that have been stolen.  We received delivery verification on all deliveries.  If your package is missing you need to contact the USPS in regards to the missing package and file a claim.  We are not responsible for theft.

RETURN POLICY

Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR FLAGS THAT HAVE BEEN FLOWN!

PLEASE HANG YOUR FLAGS IN A MANNER WHERE THEY DO NOT GET CAUGHT ON ROOF LINES, GUTTERS OR OTHER OBSTACLES.

Please use poles that are designed for your flag.  If you use the wrong flag on the wrong pole it could break or bend.  We are not responsible for you using the wrong type of flag on a pole.  Banner flags, Tough-Tex, Cotton, and PolyMax Flags need a 1" Pole.  Poles under 1" need a grommeted Nylon or Printed Flag only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:   As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request for the full amount of the products purchased to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

There is no restocking fees on flags that are in the original undamaged packaging and Shipping Cost are NON REFUNDABLE Example: If your order was $25.00 total and that included a $5.00 shipping cost, your refund would be $20.00.

Larger Flags 8x12 and up (made to order) there is a 20% restocking fee. 

Flags returned in ripped or torn packaging will incur a 20% restocking as well.

Custom Flags are non-returnable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

Most products sold by cavalryflags.com qualify for free exchange within 14 days from the date your order IS DELIVERED. Please log into your account to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.  All Flags that are returned must be unflown.  Cavalry Flags will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for your return or exchange. We pay for all shipping cost for the return or exchange.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges for any products after 14 days from the date your order is delivered. so please inspect your order before flying, assembling or using.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Flags are not warrantied as we cannot control the manner in which you hang and display your flag, nor if you properly take care of your flag and we cannot control the weather which can impact flag lifespan.

CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

Custom and Personalized Products do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.  Once these items are in production they cannot be cancelled. If your custom or personalized flag was not what you were expecting please give us a call to discuss a solution that leaves you 100% satisfied.

COMMERCIAL FLAG POLES:

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned commercial flagpoles. We also do not refund the initial freight charges on these.  Return Freight on Commercial Poles are also paid by you.

RETURN PACKAGING

We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address we will contact you to verify the information submitted. Additional shipping charges may incur due to this.
